Studio experience team
The Studio Experience team supports the day-to-day flow and feel of the studio — welcoming clients, maintaining the space between classes, and helping each visit feel intentional and well-run.
There are two ways to be part of this team, depending on your availability, interest, and level of commitment.
fRONT DESK Associate (Paid Role)
Hourly · Variable shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends)
This role is ideal if you’re looking for a steady schedule, responsibility, and the opportunity to grow with the studio long-term.
This role is about presence. You’re the first face people see when they walk in, and the one keeping things moving between sessions. You’ll manage check-ins, reset the studio, and create an experience that feels calm, and seamless.
What you’ll do
Welcome guests and manage check-ins for classes and sessions
Support new members with waivers, app setup, and studio orientation
Maintain clean, well-stocked, and organized studio and retail areas
Assist with bookings, class credits, memberships, and in-studio questions
Prep the studio and equipment between sessions and support instructors as needed
Stay up to date on class schedules, retail drops, and studio updates
Optional: contribute to content creation or community engagement
Who you are
Warm, welcoming, and people-oriented
Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
Feel comfortable learning studio tech (booking systems, apps, etc.)
Love wellness, movement, and community
Available for early mornings, evenings, or weekends
Bonus if you’ve worked in fitness, hospitality, or retail — but not required

Energy exchange team
Volunteer · 3–4 Hours/Week
The Energy Exchange program is for those who want to be part of the studio in a more limitied capacity. You’ll support a weekly shift in exchange for class credits and perks.
What you’ll do

Restock towels, studio supplies, and light retail
Keep common areas clean and organized
Help instructors stay on schedule and prepped
