Every movement is intentional, keeping constant tension on the muscles to create a deep, effective burn — without putting stress on the joints.

Mat Pilates is a low-impact method that focuses on core strength, alignment, and controlled movement.

Using bodyweight and small, targeted exercises, it builds stability and strength from the inside out.

Our mat classes are designed to complement Lagree — offering a different, but equally intentional way to move.

We’re preparing to open our doors in Spring 2026, with exact dates to be shared soon.

Founding Members will receive early access to booking, along with first access into the studio through our Soft Launch — before we officially open.

Our schedule will centre around Lagree (Megaformer), alongside a limited number of Mat Pilates classes each week. 

Mat classes will be introduced intentionally and will continue to grow over time.

Expect a balance of early mornings, evenings, and weekends — with more added as we expand.

Memberships can be purchased directly through our website or app.

Simply select the membership that's right for you, create your member profile, and you're in.

Yes — all recurring memberships, including Founding, require a 3-month minimum commitment.

After that, your membership automatically renews on a month-to-month basis.

You’ll be charged at the time of purchase to secure your Founding Membership.

Your membership will officially begin on your first use. 

All Founding options are designed to offer a seamless, elevated experience across the studio — with access to all regularly scheduled group classes, including Lagree (Megaformer) and mat-based formats.

Events, and specialty offerings may be available separately or at a preferred Founding rate. As a Founding Member, you'll also receive:

If you cancel your membership, your Founding rate and all associated benefits will be released.

Should you choose to return, you’re always welcome — however, Founding Memberships and their pricing will no longer be available.

We understand that life happens. While Founding Memberships are designed for consistency, limited holds are available after your initial 3-month commitment.

Holds may be requested for a minimum of 14 days and up to 6 consecutive weeks within a 12-month period. A $25 hold fee per billing cycle applies.
