Frequently Asked Questions
The Classes
-
Lagree is a full-body, high-intensity, low-impact workout designed to build strength, stability, and endurance without placing added stress on the joints.
It focuses on slow, controlled movement and continuous muscle engagement, allowing you to challenge your body in a more precise and intentional way.
The result is a workout that feels deeply effective - strengthening, sculpting, and improving balance and control over time.
-
The Megaformer Pro is a specialized piece of equipment used in Lagree classes, designed to support a full-body workout through resistance and controlled movement.
Using a system of springs and a moving carriage, it allows for slow, intentional exercises that challenge strength, stability, and endurance in a low-impact way.
-
Mat Pilates is rooted in the foundational principles of Pilates, including breath, control, alignment, and intentional movement.
At Redefined Plus, Mat Pilates classes focus on core strength, stability, mobility, and controlled movement patterns designed to build strength while supporting long-term movement health.
-
Infrared heat offers a different kind of warmth. Instead of heating the air around you, it gently warms the body directly, creating a comfortable, radiant heat that you can feel from the inside out.
The result is a workout experience that feels both energizing and restorative. Infrared heat helps support circulation, muscle recovery, mobility, and relaxation, while allowing your body to move more freely throughout class.
At Redefined Plus, our infrared Mat classes are designed to pair intentional movement with the added benefits of infrared technology, creating a warm, elevated experience that supports both performance and recovery.
Think of it as movement, strength, and recovery layered into a single class. ✨
